Hardscaping
Moran’s Landscaping & Excavating feels that adding an outdoor living space gives you another room to your home that you will love.
We are equipped with the machinery and personnel to satisfy all of your hardscaping needs and can install any of the following: pavers, stamped concrete, retaining walls, fireplaces, fire pits or an outdoor kitchen to give you a great outdoor living space. Or choose to install a retaining wall using natural looking stone or a retaining wall for a more formal look.

Materials
We use a wide variety of materials in our work. We have access to products from multiple companies. If you have a particular product in mind, let us know and we will work to get exactly what you want.
Stone:
We would be happy to rebuild an existing stone wall or use stone of your choice. For patio, walkway and driveway applications, cobblestone or bluestone is an excellent choice, providing both durability and beauty. Cobblestone also makes a vey nice accent to driveways or gardens.
Pavers:
Pavers come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. Give us a call and we can assist you in finding the one that will enhance your property.
Retaining Wall Block:
The vast selection of retaining wall blocks make it easy to find the style and features to fit your needs. Whether your desire is to construct a gazebo and you need a wall to build up the earth or you simply want to create a garden bed we have the expertise to get the job done.
Lawns
Moran’s Landscaping & Excavating utilizes a four step process with the installation of every lawn to ensure exceptional seed germination and density. The process can often begin with either a bulldozer or sheer manpower to ensure proper water drainage. Secondly, the earth is pulverized to loosen and level the soil. Next, we recover all debris (stones, roots, etc.). The final step is consists of applying either seed or sod.
Seed and sod growth depends on several factors including temperature, moisture level, and fertilizer (none of which are controlled by Moran’s Landscaping & Excavating).
Installation needs to be followed by a lawn maintenance program, call for a free consultation.
Water Features
Let Moran’s Landscaping & Excavating install a water feature in your yard. It adds sound and beauty which relaxes and calms.
